Academic Scholarships

Saint Gertrude High School currently makes available two academic scholarships to incoming freshmen. The scholarships are equal to 50% of the student's tuition and are renewable for the following three years provided the student maintains a 3.0 average with a positive work ethic. All incoming freshmen are invited to apply for these scholarships.

Applications for scholarships are evaluated by a Scholarship Committee made up of independent educational specialists. These scholarships are highly competitive. Applicants will be considered based on transcripts, standardized test scores, Saint Gertrude admissions test scores, leadership, community service, academic and personal recommendations and a writing sample. Scholarship recipients will be notified by the Director of Admissions on or about April 1st.
