Feel the Love

The Feel the Love campaign is a parent giving campaign held during the month of February. All money raised through the Feel the Love campaign goes toward The Fund for Saint Gertrude, the school’s annual fund. All parents are asked to participate in The Fund for Saint Gertrude in a way that is personally meaningful to them. Each gift makes a difference! Saint Gertrude depends on the participation of our entire community, sending a strong message of support and confidence in the school.

What do The Fund dollars provide at Saint Gertrude High School?

  • Tuition assistance. Forty-five percent of our students receive some form of financial assistance.
  • Ongoing professional development. Our faculty and staff stay at the top of their game with conferences, classes, and additional training.
  • Student emergency fund. The dollars in this fund help students who face an unforeseen emergency (e.g. loss of a home, death of a parent, etc.).
  • New programs and initiatives. From the global immersion program to exciting new extracurriculars like Model UN, the dollars help create new opportunities for learning.

How can you participate?
Click the button below to make a gift. Parents who give will receive a Feel the Love button in the class colors of their daughter. We ask parents to wear them to Song Contest on Friday, March 13. The class who has the highest percentage of participation during this campaign will be announced as the Feel the Love “winners” at Song Contest.

We hope you “Feel the Love” and give to The Fund at Saint Gertrude High School!

If you have already given a gift to The Fund this school year, your gift has already been counted in the percentages. Please do not hesitate to reach out to one of the parent leads or to Director of Development Michelle Schroeter at 804-822-3951 if you have any questions.
