Summer Athletic Camps

Great opportunity for youth athletes to build confidence. character. new relationships.

The Summer Athletic Camps at Saint Gertrude High School are great ways to learn from our high school coaches, take advantage of the awesome athletic facilities at the Benedictine Schools of Richmond, and have fun! We welcome all experience levels! This summer, we are happy to offer field hockey, girls basketball, girls volleyball, and softball. Please reach out to our Athletic Director, Fran Pochily, with questions about any of our camps.

Why Participate In Our Summer Sports Camps

It is a great opportunity for youth athletes to learn and grow in their sport, gain confidence, build character, as well as meet fellow athletes from different schools and build new relationships.

About Our Facilities

The Benedictine Schools of Richmond operates Saint Gertrude High School and Benedictine College Preparatory. Together the schools share a peaceful, modern, and sprawling campus including the campus’s new, world-class athletic facilities, an auditorium, newly renovated baseball field, athletic fields, and a new state-of-the-art gymnasium.

  • Softball Summer Camps

  • Field Hockey Summer Camps

    Dates and Times
    July 31 - August 2, 2023
    5 - 7 p.m.
    Rising 6th through 8th graders (Only accepting the first 14 campers).
    Cost per session $90 per camper.

    Equipment: stick, shin guards, mouth guard, tennis/cleats/turf shoes, and water.

    *Thursday Aug 3rd will be the MAKEUP DAY in case of bad weather (if one night has to be cancelled for bad weather).

  • Girls' Lacrosse Summer Camps

    Dates and Times
    August 7th - 9th, 2023
    5 - 7 p.m.
    5th through rising 8th graders.
    Cost per session $125 per camper.

Our camps are a fun way for beginners and experienced players alike to learn more about a sport and our schools as the campers will get to work with our high school coaches and student athletes while making new friends and experiencing our campus.
